Dear Ann,

 

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our wedding cake.  It was lovelier than I could have imagined.

 

You were so easy to deal with, you worked so well from the picture I gave you, and from the sketched changes I made here and there to make it my own design.  The colour was exactly as I had hoped as well, which perfectly matched the swatch I gave you – being the most delicate shade of pink I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but it was just beautiful.

 

Thank you also for working with me on having both fruit and mud cake in the four layers of our wedding cake as well.  I wanted to please all guests tastes and it worked out so well for people to have an option – or both. 

 

The other thing that impressed me was how reasonably priced our cake was, I know from shopping around for a wedding cake that they can be incredibly expensive, two figures I was given came in at double and more than double what we paid through you.

Just having met Ann, She is a beautiful person with fantastic vision and a passion for what she does :) her cakes are amazing and really affordable too, if you’re a traditionalist can I tell you her fruit cake IS TO DIE FOR!!!!

Ann is doing my wedding cake in August so I will defiantly show photos and more of a review.  My fiancee and I walked into Ann’s not knowing what we wanted or how we wanted it. We sat down with Ann and she helped us with what would look fantastic, match our theme, cater for all our guests and stay within our budget.

 

From seeing what she can do and what she has in mind, I’m already knocked off my feet.

Hi Ann!!

The cake was fabulous thank you so much!!!! It was so perfect :) Just thought we'd let you know that the gluten free mud cake was delicious - you couldn't even tell it was gluten free! Mum brought some of it to the airport when we were leaving for our honeymoon, and everyone had some and all agreed that you wouldn't know it was gluten free. Well done!!

Hi Ann,

 

My apologies for not getting this email to you sooner, we wanted to say a very big thank you for making our Big Red Car cake, Nixon was so happy when he saw it and everyone at the Party remarked at your talent.  The mix was just right; in fact we still have a few slices left in the freezer.
